Invite a friend to ‘Save a Snow Leopard’
Efforts to unite and save endangered species rely greatly on the generosity of supporters and therein lies the challenge – for the economy has seen better times and an influx of deserving projects all vying for our attention present a dilemma for caring individuals wanting to contribute. It then becomes necessary for non-profit groups to become evermore inventive in their fundraising and networking activities.
Savvy supporters look for ways to double their impact and perhaps help a charity in other ways besides monetary donation.
The Snow Leopard Trust appreciates the value of connections in communicating their vital work to strengthen their programs working on the ground to protect snow leopards.
With this in mind, the Trust have announced a fund-matching opportunity for supporters who invite a friend to save a snow leopard (by making a donation). The goal is to raise $13,000 from NEW DONORS by April 30th 2012, to be matched by four long-standing donors ‘dollar for dollar’.
This rare opportunity offers advocates a means of investing in a cause beyond donation – helping grow support through social networking.
But the race is on, so tell your friends about it – they’ll listen!
