The potent combination of entrepreneurship and technological innovation can forge an environment that is conducive to further enterprise, involving even government policy in supporting entrepreneurship and innovation.
The Social Equity Venture Fund (SEVEN) earlier this year held a competition encouraging innovators to express their ideas through photography in their ‘I am an Entrepreneur’ competition. Of these ten masterful images depicting innovative enterprise in impoverished countries were selected to express the best of human spirit and creativity.
These photographs competed for the grand prize of $1,000 in January and are a fantastic representation of entrepreneurship in the developing world.
